Interior
The driver focused cockpit of the Elise S is a special place to be. With comfortable seating and a small steering wheel and contour perfectly, all the controls are carefully placed for ease of use. Pure and Elise conductor is centered inside a very special place to be. Sit back in the bucket seats and grasp the steering prefectly contoured. You will find all the controls are carefully placed for maximum ease of use in the most demanding driving conditions. Aluminum has its epicenter in the interior, and a machine aluminum handbrake knob and lever are standard. The entire instrument panel has a full set of warning lights. The Elise has vents at the front that can be placed to keep cool. The air conditioning is available as an option.

The Elise S offers high performance and fun. The Elise S sports a supercharged 1.8-liter engine that delivers 217 hp (220 hp) and 184 lbft (250 Nm) of torque. The latest evolution of Elise's supercharged engine provides instant acceleration with a couple more that can be accessed in the low rev range. Select Sport mode and the throttle response and tightens DPM characteristics alter for more engagement.
